| The Kangaroo Newsletter |

The Kangaroo Group produces a quarterly Newsletter which provides
information on legal and political developments in the EU.
The Newsletter is distributed free of charge throughout Europe and has a
circulation of circa 8,000 copies. Contributions are welcome in French, German
and English from representatives of the European Institutions as well as key
figures from industry and the academic communities.
We try to
encourage articles which correspond to the relevant aims and objectives of the
Group. The articles, however, do not necessarily reflect the actual views of
the Kangaroo Group.
